We’re excited to announce that Buttonwood Park Zoo in Massachusetts, USA, has installed two of our Smart Bird House Cameras—marking the first deployment of our technology at a zoo. We’re thrilled that the zoo’s team has placed their trust in Nest Box Live to deliver exceptional image quality and a unique window into the lives of wild birds nesting on their grounds.

This installation provides a rare opportunity to observe Black-capped Chickadees up close and better understand the breeding challenges wild birds face—such as habitat loss and food scarcity. The project not only supports Buttonwood Park Zoo’s conservation goals but also promotes community education. By sharing live footage and insights gained from the camera data, we aim to raise awareness around key local environmental issues impacting native bird populations.
