All items are sold and dispatched from the UK unless otherwise stated.
In-stock items are dispatched the next working day if placed before 17:00 BST (09:00 Pacific / 11:00 Central / 12:00 Eastern) from Sunday to Thursday. If placed after this time, they will be dispatched the following working day. Any orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
You can check if our Smart Bird House Camera is in stock by looking at the order button, which will say “Buy Now” if available. If the product is out of stock, the button will display “Backorder” along with an estimated lead time. We ship backorders sequentially, prioritizing the earliest orders first. Once we dispatch an order, you cannot cancel it. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, follow our returns policy here.

After we ship your order, we will send you a dispatch notice along with your tracking number. You will find this email in your inbox, and it will include a clickable link to the courier’s website for easy tracking.
Couriers occasionally update their shipping rates, so some variation may occur. Our checkout automatically reflects any changes. All prices are in US Dollars.
Certain countries may require local sales tax and/or import tax for shipments. For most of our orders we collect these taxes during checkout and pay them upfront to the courier. This system is known as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Learn more here.
There may be some countries where we are unable to collect these fees at the point of sale. This system is know as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any orders that are sent DDU means that the buyer is responsible for paying these fees.
Customers in the Australia, and New Zealand enjoy no sales tax or import fees.

We strive to keep our products in stock, but occasional demand spikes may lead to temporary unavailability. If this happens, we will place your order on backorder. The “Buy Now” button on our website will change to “Backorder,” and we will notify you by email with an estimated dispatch date.
You can cancel your backorder and receive a full refund at any time before we dispatch it. If you want to cancel after the dispatch, follow our returns policy here.
Import duties, taxes, and fees are set by local governments and may change without prior notice. While we strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the absence of unforeseen charges at the time of delivery. These cases are very rare, but we include this notice out of an abundance of caution. Customers are responsible for confirming the current import regulations in their country and for covering any shortfall in duties or taxes that may arise.
