For your own assurance, we have a 30-day returns policy. If you are not not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange by contacting us here.
All purchases from Nest Box Live include a standard three-year warranty. Your warranty starts the day you receive your goods and ends three full years after that date. We automatically provide this protection, so you don’t need to register.
This means that if, for any reason, your product stops working or becomes faulty within three years of receiving your goods, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
If you experience a fault or issue with your product during the warranty period due to normal use, we will repair or replace it at no charge. This applies if you have not tampered with the product, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Initially, we will provide replacement parts to fix your product. The interchangeable components of our Smart Bird House Camera system typically allow us to perform remote repairs efficiently. There will be no charge for these parts.
If we cannot fix your product with replacement parts, we may request that you return it to us for a repair. In this case, we will handle the repair costs along with the return postage fees.
If these methods do not resolve the issue, we will provide you with a replacement product at no extra charge.
If you tamper with the product in a way that violates our Terms & Conditions, or if you improperly install the product or use accessories, such as power adapters or cables, that we did not supply, the warranty will not apply.
